Your Mission:
Join ClearEdge as a Senior Analytic Software Developer, where you'll be at the forefront of analyzing and developing complex software solutions. You’ll work directly with customers in a highly collaborative environment, gathering requirements, modifying software to meet performance standards, and developing new features. Your role will also involve integrating existing software into modified systems, developing algorithms, and creating data queries to enhance system performance.
This role includes leading Agile development processes, participating in sprint cycles, and developing big data cloud computing workflows.
You will excel in this role if you are:

- Passionate about developing software solutions that meet complex performance standards
- Experienced in analyzing and improving software systems and workflows
A day in the life consists of:
- Analyzing user requirements to develop software designs and improve performance
- Modifying existing software for new hardware, performance, and error correction
- Developing algorithms and integrating software into new operating environments
- Participating in Agile software development, including sprint planning and code reviews
- Leading the development team in developing and deploying complex software systems
Must haves:
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 8 years of relevant experience, or
- Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or
- Associate’s degree plus 10 years of experience, or
- High school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Java and Python for analytics development
- Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks and MapReduce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a mission-driven environment
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with customer corporate tools and data repositories
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analytics in cyber and SIGINT domains
- Knowledge of advanced optimization techniques for analytics development
