Buscamos reclutar un Analista de Ventas con sede en la Ciudad de México para unirse a nuestro departamento de Ventas Inbound B2C. Como miembro de nuestro equipo de ventas, gestionará las solicitudes de ventas entrantes relacionadas con reservas de propiedades de Tabas.
- Responder a las consultas entrantes de venta de propiedades en ciclo completo y manejar solicitudes (por teléfono, correo electrónico, whatsapp, etc.) generadas desde todos los canales de venta en línea (sitio web, Airbnb, Vivareal, Zap, Corporate Housing Partners, Corporates) ofreciendo a los clientes la mejor solución de alojamiento basada en su necesidad;
- Apoyar todo el proceso de ventas para garantizar la entrega según métricas clave de desempeño;
- Interactuar y negociar con los clientes, ayudarlos a comprender el negocio y resolver cualquier consulta que puedan tener;
- Asistir a visitas ocasionales en apartamentos cuando sea necesario;
- Gestión proactiva del pipeline diario en nuestro CRM.
- Es bueno tener experiencia en ventas o gestión de cuentas;
- Capacidad para realizar llamadas de exploración/descubrimiento adecuadas, ser un oyente activo y manejar y negociar objeciones;
- Flexibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y feriados;
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno acelerado;
- Mentalidad de cliente primero y mentalidad de cazador;
- Un individuo entrenable capaz de implementar retroalimentación;
- Nivel avanzado de inglés, capacidad para hablar y escribir con normalidad.
