Responsibilities:

Hire, Train & Develop Management Team
Ensure Ongoing Operational Excellence
Grow Unit level sales
Ensure guest & Team Member satisfaction

Requirements:

2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience
P&L Skills
Commitment to high quality food
Team Oriented Attitude
Strong problem solving & customer service skills.
At least 21 years of age
Able to pass a background check
