Role Responsibilities:

Based in France, you will carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders in Asset Management (Asset Managers, Private Banks, Investor Services Providers) in areas including:

• Strategy
• M&A Integration
• Review of Operating Models
• Evolution of Organisations
• Digital Transformation
• Operational Benchmarking
• Change Management

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):

• Significant internship/first experience in consulting or project management and/or an exposure to Financial Services organisations, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers
• An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market
• First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office
• Interest in client relationship development
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with both clients and colleagues
• Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
• Strong academic background from a top-ranking business school or engineering school
• Fluency in English is required, and either French or German proficiency (based on the location/country)
• Eligible to work in France
