About the role

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to attract and hire the best talent for our teams. You will partner with both Technical and Business teams to source, recruit, and close candidates across open roles in the company. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will be vital in driving recruiting strategy and execution, managing the recruiting process, and executing recruiting KPIs.

You will

  • As a Recruiter, You will be vital in driving recruiting strategy and execution, managing the recruiting process, and executing recruiting KPIs.
  • You will be hands-on with end to end recruitment; from defining job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to negotiating offers and welcoming your new hires. 
  • Using your compelling communication skills, you will help us continue to differentiate Veza’s identity as an employer of choice to prospective candidates, and, think progressively and creatively about new ways for us to attract a candidate pool that will give us a broad range of people from multiple channels, a broad range of diverse opinions and ultimately, a problem solving advantage.
  • You will leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) as not only a source of truth, but as a collaboration and communication tool throughout the hiring process so that we can be data-driven in our approach to recruitment efficiencies and continuously improve the holistic candidate experience.
  • You will champion an amazing candidate experience - with every candidate you work with, because, well, we care, on a simple human level about how we treat people when they interview with us. You’ll always be thinking about things from the candidate’s perspective, using your empathetic nature as an advantage to understand the long walk of an interview process in a candidate’s shoes.
  • You will impact the trajectory and broader success of the organization.

You have

  • 5+ years of agency and in-house recruitment experience
  • Have demonstrated technical sourcing and recruiting experience using a high level of collaboration with hiring teams. Partnering with and advising leaders to continuously improve hiring decisions, find process improvement and improve candidate generation.
  • Have high velocity recruitment experience for a next generation tech startup.  Cybersecurity experience would be ideal.
  • Have experience hiring across software engineering with depth in hiring Front-End, and Back-End Engineers in Eastern Europe

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
