This is a newly created role that is part of the regional Customer Success team and works closely with the regional Sales and Marketing teams, as well as with the Product and Product Marketing teams in our Sydney HQ. This role will report into GM, APAC.
As a crucial part of our team, you'll spearhead our expansion into enterprise markets, connecting with key decision-makers to uncover their unique challenges. Armed with your industry knowledge, you'll showcase how SafetyCulture's suite of products or our comprehensive operations platform can transform their operations. By establishing trust and credibility, you'll position SafetyCulture as the go-to choice for businesses seeking top-tier solutions.
How you will spend your time:
- Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospects & existing customers to understand their unique business challenges, processes, and requirements
- Solution Customization and Demonstration: Customize SafetyCulture's offerings to address the specific pain points identified during the analysis phase. Prepare and present tailored demonstrations that highlight how SafetyCulture's features meet the prospect's needs
- Product Liaison: Serve as the bridge between our customers, internal teams, and the product/engineering teams. Ensure clear communication of customer requirements and feedback to foster product improvements and innovation
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop compelling, customized proposals as well a scope of work that clearly articulates the value proposition of SafetyCulture's solutions
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insights to both the product, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring SafetyCulture's offerings remain competitive
- Education and Advocacy: Educate potential customers on the benefits and capabilities of SafetyCulture's solutions through speaking engagements, webinars, workshops, and at industry events. Advocate for SafetyCulture's mission and values in all interactions
About you:
- Proven experience as an industry consulting expert in one of the following industries; Hospitality or Retail
- Familiarity with duties similar to that of a technical pre-sales or solutions consulting role, ideally coming from a management consulting background
- Strong understanding of safety, quality management and compliance processes and challenges within large organisations relating to your industry expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, value-based solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprises
- Ability to speak to technical solutions with SaaS platforms and integrations is a preference
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical capability
- Ability to inspire customers by articulating industry best practices
