Description

The Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in strategizing and developing effective external and internal content, ranging from sales aides, groove flows, to pitch decks and more. A pillar of this position is to become a SME on our services while supporting the sales, marketing and product teams goals and efforts.

We’re a sales-enablement company that specifically helps field sales and door-to-door sales teams do their jobs more effectively. The core product we offer is a mobile and web app, supplemented by knowledgeable people who help companies make the changes they need to in order to improve and grow.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Sales Rabbit and its additional services. You’ll get so good you could pitch and sell a client on our offerings.
  • Develop sales aides for external and internal uses
  • Build Customer Experience and Product training for use throughout our growing company
  • Identify the best content formats and channels for the given audience
  • Shadow a minimum of two Account Executive demos a week
  • Listen to a minimum of 3-5 SDR calls weekly
  • Conduct weekly meetings with AE and SDR Team Leads to share projects, insights, and assist with any efforts SE can have an impact on
  • Structure workflow feedback from the Sales team to the marketing team (and vice-versa)
  • Manage different campaigns simultaneously
  • Define ways to measure sales enablement (set goals and calculate ROI)
  • Identify and train the team on tools that can increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Develop role-specific training modules and oversee their rollout and their performance
  • Measure, Measure, Measure! Everything you do should contain a success metric to determine effectiveness and data to adjust

To be a good fit for this role, you should be/have:

  • Gritt, Curiosity, and Gratitude! It’s how we operate and our right person will have these attributes in spades
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training content across various mediums (Zoom, In-Person, and Google Slides)
  • Experience with Sales methodologies, Go-to-Market processes, and training best practices
  • Able to manage multiple and competing priorities, and effectively navigate change
  • Demonstrable project management skills in the owning of strategy, planning, execution and measurement
  • Curiosity & desire to learn new skills and take on challenges
  • Experience using sales engagement and intelligence tools– Zoominfo, LI Sales Navigator, Sales Force, Gong, etc
