Responsibilities:
- Establish a unified design language, set design principles, develop and maintain best practices through marketing and branding strategic.
- Create new UI patterns and continue refining the library for other designs in building compelling experiences for our users.
- Oversee and create proposals throughout the design process, including conceptual vision, executive presentations, and final mockups for implementation
- Work closely with marketing, branding team throughout the entire marketing plan cycle, from product inception and strategy to execution.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to designers and collaborate with UX to grow the level of visual design craft on the team.

Requirements
- Minimum qualifications:
- 7 years of experience as a visual designer.
- Experience in establishing UI design patterns and design system.
- Online portfolio demonstrating visual design creativity and design system.
- Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in a product development environment.
- Experience developing and launching a consumer product or app for multiple devices.
- Experience designing for mobile apps, with knowledge in Material Design.
- Experience with Figma, including component, style, layer management, and creating scalable design systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Operations and Products).
