TechOp Solutions is seeking highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating responses to high-volume communications, and supporting executive leadership.
Must Reside in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia)
Duties:
- Document Preparation and Management
- Office Operations Oversight
- Status Reporting and Brief Development
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma required; an associate’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management and data entry software.
- Experienced in creating and or assisting with Briefing Presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
