TEAM
Our mission is to achieve automated driving technology through data-driven development. To increase the speed and quality of software development, it is important to reproduce and validate the very many and complex traffic scenes that occur in the market. The App tool chain team develops simulation systems for testing automated driving software.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
You will take feature ideas and bring them from conception to reality with a focus on our automotive driving simulator. You're passionate about creating high-quality software and working with a diverse set of systems; from vehicle simulation and UI to networking. You feel comfortable working with teams involving engineers, designers, and researchers on everything from back-end to front-end systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and write code for driving and HMI simulators
- Perform code reviews to maintain a high quality of work across all projects
- Address and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the simulation software or tools
- Maintain software and system design documentation, and any changes made during the development process
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand requirements and find solutions that ensure interactive user experiences
- Come to our office 3 days per our hybrid work policy and report to the manager in charge of simulation software in AD/ADAS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years as a software development engineer, and proficiency in C#
- 1+ year making applications with 3D game engines such as Unity or Unreal
- 1+ year experience with modern development tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, and Agile)
- Professional English ability, both written and spoken
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience using Unity to have shipped a game or other project
- Experience working on driving simulations
- Knowledge of automotive systems
- Experience implementing UX designs
