Job Overview
The Associate Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) will assist management in developing and implementing process improvements across the entire supply chain organization. The SCA will support department objectives related to inventory management, sales operations, planning/scheduling support, demand management and Change Control Board. The SCA will gain a broad-based understanding of the different departments within the Supply Chain and knowledge of how all functional teams work is dependent and interrelated to each other in the complete supply chain. The SCA will use this background to identify issues and improvement opportunities and then work cross functionally with the teams to implement solutions. The SCA will work with Master Scheduling, SMT Planning, FAT Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing Finance, and BPAs to achieve supply chain efficiencies leading to cost reductions. The SCA must possess strong organizational and communications skills, clearly and concisely articulating issues / solutions to all levels of management while presenting scope of the issues, timelines, milestones, needed resources and ultimately resolutions to the given problem.

Min Qualifications
-Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word)
-Proficient in Oracle ERP

Preferred Qualifications
-Ability to facilitate meetings
-Experience with Visual Basic
-Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years work experience in Supply Chain.
