About the role
The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the growth of our Transformation and Change (Technology Adoption Change Management) practice, contributing to the successful delivery of quality projects to our clients.
You will be responsible for putting the user at the centre of everything we do - helping to bring the critical ‘people side’ of change to the design and launch of new technology. This includes assessing current pain points, designing and delivering technology adoption change management strategies, supporting the delivery of training and communication campaigns.
