📌 Position Overview

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the company’s financial health by:
📌 Recording day-to-day financial transactions and posting processes
📌 Reconciling bank statements to ensure balanced accounts
📌 Managing payroll, invoices, and expense reports
📌 Assisting with job costing and project-specific budgets
📌 Preparing financial statements and collaborating with external accountants for tax filings
📌 Ensuring compliance with construction-specific accounting regulations, including lien waivers and AIA billing

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Qualifications:
✔️ 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in the construction industry
✔️ Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
✔️ Strong understanding of job costing and construction billing
✔️ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✔️ Degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
