We’re Looking For A: Creative Development who supports daily shoots, manages overflow tasks, assists with the coordination of travel shoots, sources locations, and oversees studio upkeep and expansion. This role requires knowledge of scheduling and call sheets, with previous AD experience being a plus. We’re looking for a self-starter who can lead meetings, support a unit during simultaneous shoots, and aid in structuring our growing team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of ensuring seamless production workflows, enhancing communication and productivity within the team. A strong understanding of the casting process as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing production needs are essential. This role is pivotal in maintaining high production standards and driving the creative vision forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support Simultaneous Shoots: Lead and coordinate a team or unit during simultaneous shoots (man on the street, on location UGC, etc.)
- Casting Support: Utilize knowledge of casting to assist in inviting actors to audition for upcoming shoots.
- Scheduling and Call Sheets: Work closely with the production specialist to create and manage production schedules and prepare detailed call sheets.
- Source Locations: Identify, scout, and secure locations for shoots, ensuring suitability and availability. Go through the permitting process with the corresponding jurisdiction if needed.
- Creative Input: Provide creative input and feedback during all stages of production to ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision.
- Lead Meetings: Conduct and facilitate pre-production and production meetings when needed.
- Aid in Team Structuring: Assist in the overall structuring and development of the growing production team.
- Support Daily Shoots: Assist in the execution and coordination of daily filming activities.
- Manage Overflow Tasks: Handle additional tasks to ensure all aspects of production run smoothly.
- Coordinate Travel Shoots: Organize travel logistics for location shoots, including transportation and accommodation.
- Oversee Studio Upkeep and Expansion: Manage the maintenance and growth of studio facilities (storage, new sets, etc.)

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in production
- May require travel 2-3 times a year, both domestic and international.
- Logistical and Coordination Skills
- Coordinate studio upkeep and expansion to ensure an efficient and functional workspace.
- Handle logistics and travel arrangements for talent and crew to ensure timely and smooth operations.
- Communicate scheduling changes and production updates promptly to all relevant parties.

- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential production challenges.
- Implement creative solutions to optimize production processes.

The base salary range is $69,700.00-$93,000.00 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
