We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, possess strong analytical skills, and be eager to solve complex problems. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with business partners across various departments to support data-driven decision-making. This role offers a great opportunity to work on a wide range of subjects, always in a hands-on capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data provided by data engineers to support business operations and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports using Tableau and manage them in Tableau Cloud to provide insights to business partners.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Utilize Python for data analysis and/or automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously seek to improve processes and data quality.
• Stay curious and proactive in identifying new opportunities and challenges within the data.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related data-focused field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau (or equivalent) for data visualization and management in Tableau Cloud (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and eagerness to tackle new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or academic project experience in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools is advantageous.
• Experience working with large datasets is a plus.
