IT Product Specialist

The Digital Platforms Specialist supports all programs to help meet their technology needs. This position would manage, configure, and enhance the technology platforms including Salesforce and other internal systems, to help streamline workflow and processes. This position will also help develop business requirements, implementing new technology solutions, and supporting the management of various projects. This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional with some product management experience.

This is hybrid role requiring to work in office 2 days a week.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related work experience
• Experience related to defining and articulating business requirements, developing IT systems, or improving program efficiency.
• Experience with leading a product from start to completion.
• Experience with Salesforce implementation strongly desired
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, both front and backend, with backend configuration changes strongly desired including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
• Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules) strongly desired
• Salesforce Lightning experience preferred but not required
• Experience using project management software
