Job Description: 

• Analyzing legal cases, giving opinions, and handling all legal cases involving the company.

• Being the coordinator and/or representative of the company in handling cases.

• Prepare documents needed both internally and externally.

• Create and prepare necessary legal documents.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users.

• Represent the company to communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities).

• Establish internal governance policies and conduct regular monitor compliance.

• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university and having at least 5-year experience.

• Excellent teamwork.

• Excellent communication in written and oral to liaise with business stakeholders. Able to communicate in English (written and oral) would be an advantage.

• Excellent legal analytical and commercial awareness skills.

• Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Experience operating in ambiguous circumstances.

• Able to be proactive and take initiative.
