Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an energetic Commercial Sales Representative for their Syracuse, NY, location. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with an assigned client base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position would be ideal for a self-motivated team player who is client-focused and wants to drive and build business for an amazing organization. 

 

This position offers a flexible working arrangement, with base salary, commissions, and milestone bonuses. First-year total compensation minimum $80,000.

 

Summary:

For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Isaac is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 35,000 clients a year. Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The primary function of this position is to promote and sell commercial install projects, and service agreements for commercial HVAC systems.
  • Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin for the commercial HVAC division.
  • Identify new targets, grow client base, and cultivate relationships with businesses within assigned territory.
  • Create and implement accurate proposals and sales presentations.
  • Ensure great client service from order to delivery and beyond by educating and understanding client needs.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience in HVAC, construction, or a related field
  • Valid driver’s license / clean driving record

The expectation for the first year compensation for this position is in the range of $80,000 to $90,000. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
