What We Are Looking For:

The Senior Demand Generation Specialist sits in our Marketing team and supports SEO, paid search, display ads and other digital advertising channels. You will manage Bandwidth’s demand generation campaigns and efforts across both the organic and paid channels, and be responsible for traffic, leads, revenue and return on investment.

The successful candidate will be data driven, customer-centric, curious, and biased towards action. They will have outstanding collaboration skills and the ability to work across both teams and departments to drive results for Bandwidth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the demand generation team to manage and own the SEO strategy for Bandwidth, working to improve search engine rankings and traffic for our sites through content creation, on-page optimization, and link development, so as to meet revenue pipeline goals.
  • Spearhead new and additional lead generation efforts, including paid display, Drift, social (LI and others) and additional paid advertising channels.  Lead the team to test and explore new channels and increase conversion rates and drive pipeline growth.
  • Work with the demand generation team to support all aspects of Bandwidth’s Paid Search campaigns through Google and Bing Ads ensuring that all lead, revenue, efficiency, and budget goals are met. This includes search term analysis, ad copy testing, competitor monitoring, and keyword research. 
  • Monitor and manage ad spend across multiple digital platforms to ensure monthly budgets are met. Propose budget and strategy adjustments to ensure both pipeline and budget spend goals are met.
  • Work closely with the web development and UX team to implement landing pages, tests, and optimizations.  Own a strategy for landing page optimization. 
  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Salesforce and other web analytics and reporting programs to deliver end to end campaign performance reports and insights
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support wider marketing initiatives, provide search insights, and help the team achieve its revenue, efficiency, and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Solution Marketing Managers on new product launches to define objectives, goals, and launch plans for search marketing
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising efforts and provide insights and recommendations to marketing and product leadership groups
  • Stay current on Search trends and best practices and continually analyze and leverage opportunities for growing traffic and optimizing programs

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7  years of demand generation experience that includes SEO and/or PPC campaigns.
  • Skills: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Excel.
  • Comfort with adapting to regularly changing priorities.
  • A passion to continuously learn all things marketing.
  • High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, concise and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibits a team first attitude, taking on new projects and responsibilities as needed

Bonus Points:

  • Salesforce,  Marketo, Bizible, and Domo experience, Google Ads Search Certification, LinkedIn Ads, Kenshoo/Marin/SA 360 or equivalent paid search management tools
