Overview

Corcentric, a leading provider of cloud-based finance and procurement solutions, seeks a Manager, Enrollments to join their Purchase Order (PO) Solutions team within the Customer Success organization.

The Manager, Enrollments is a player/coach role responsible for oversight of a team of Enrollment Specialists in their responsibilities to enroll, onboard, and enable suppliers to participate in our S2P Purchase Order (PO) platform. In addition, this role is expected to retain call and email outreach responsibilities for a portion of the supplier portfolio.

This position requires a dynamic leader with proven program and operational management skills who can reinforce the vision of the PO Solutions program through the team and continually highlight program value for suppliers within the program.

We are currently hiring out of our Cherry Hill, NJ office, however, this role may be eligible for voluntary work-from-home consideration. In order to be considered for this position, you should live within a commutable distance to this office, even if you plan to request a work-from-home arrangement, as there may be times when in-person meetings, training sessions, social events, or similar activities are held onsite.

As a Manager, Enrollments, PO Solutions, you will:

  • Represent Corcentric and the value Corcentric provides to the supply base within the identified customer program.
  • Act as the point person within the organization for the onboarding of new suppliers for assigned customer programs or hubs.
  • Work with operations and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the process/communications between the supply base and Corcentric, then prioritize and take action.
  • Ensure effective internal coordination and communication for the assigned customer groups (we call them hubs) and suppliers. This includes scheduling and facilitating our regular check-ins known as Hub Huddles.
  • Regularly audit suppliers within specific customer programs to ensure appropriate billing and manage amendments as needed.
  • Produce identified metrics to reflect status against customer program objectives and supplier financial expectations.
  • Proactively seek and escalate opportunities for improvement to customer programs, procedures, and our use of internal systems.
  • Document current processes and procedures to ensure consistency and to aid in the identification of efficiency opportunities.
  • Lead the setup and utilization of identified tools and systems used to centrally store and manage tasks, procedures, agreements, and any other information relevant to your area of responsibility.
  • Escalate any and all roadblocks quickly and to the appropriate internal party based on the issue.
  • Assist in the identification and documentation of roles & responsibilities as it relates to the customer programs supported.
  • Any and all assignments and requests at the direction of department leadership.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar discipline, or equivalent experience in supplier data management.
  • Effective leadership skills, with experience managing a team while maintaining exceptional personal output, driving results as a player/coach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and building mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively learn and communicate the benefits of different Corcentric platforms, including pricing and terms where relevant.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft tools including Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to be detail oriented and organized when tracking correspondence. Diligent and effective in all internal and external follow up.
  • The drive to exceed goals and deadlines.
  • A positive, “can do” attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
