In our vibrant B2C, multi-category e-commerce landscape, we seek a Head of Email Marketing who is the epitome of a hands-on leader, a builder, and a strategist. 

We’re at a pivotal point, leveraging a rich customer database to scale up our CRM and email marketing capabilities. Our aim is clear: amplify customer activation, retention, and loyalty in a competitive B2C e-commerce space. We need a Head of Email Marketing who embodies leadership through action, strategy, and technical insight. 

Requirements

This position is about being deeply involved in shaping and executing our email and CRM marketing strategy. We’re looking for someone with a solid background in B2C e-commerce who can use data and technology to drive our marketing forward, someone who’s ready to take charge, build and innovate. 

Essential:

• A strategic executor with the capability to visualise and implement high-impact marketing strategies. 
• Expertise in utilising data analytics for strategic decision-making and operational improvements. 
• Comprehensive experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, particularly Epsilon or Salesforce, to deliver personalised, effective marketing campaigns. 
• A strong track record in creating dynamic marketing funnels, optimising content for engagement and conversion, and developing compelling product strategies. 
• Proficiency in implementing basket recovery, re-marketing, personalisation strategies, push notifications, and loyalty programs to foster deep customer loyalty and increase sales. 
• Exceptional analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. 
• A strategic thinker who’s also a doer, able to conceptualise and execute. 

Benefits

The salary range on offer for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In return for helping us to grow, we’ll offer you company equity, meaning you own a piece of this business we are all working so hard to build.
