Your day-to-day:
- Lead FP&A team to ensure that business needs related to financial planning and reporting are met and in sync with other departments of the company
- Prepare, develop and present comprehensive financial management reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management and key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze revenue and cost drivers to identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment across departments
- Provide financial modeling and analysis to guide senior leadership in decision-making
- Gather and analyze datasets from various sources to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and business insights
- Create, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against financial goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the business teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Lead financial analysis for special projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, or large investments
- Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for major business decisions
Your skills & experience:
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting or M&A fields
- Team leadership experience is highly desired
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field
- In depth knowledge of financial statements and metrics
- Expertise in MS Excel and/or PowerBI (or any other analytical platform)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial and business concepts and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English and Lithuanian
- Know MS Excel and/or PowerBI (or any other analytical platform) very well
- High sense of ownership
- Curiosity and ability to learn quickly
Salary:
- Gross salary: 4950-6600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
