What You’ll Do:
As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will:
- Foster a supportive environment where every team member can thrive.
- Oversee training for all staff, ensuring they are well-equipped and knowledgeable about our hotel and the local area.
- Maintain open lines of communication, addressing guest requests promptly and effectively.
- Monitor departmental expenses and labor costs to ensure efficiency.
- Maximize revenue through effective upselling and loyalty program initiatives.
- Lead by example, setting the standard for exceptional guest service and handling conflicts with patience and professionalism.
- Streamline check-in and check-out processes for optimal guest satisfaction.
- Report on key performance metrics and implement action steps for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Strong Communication: Clear, effective communication with both guests and staff.
- Problem-Solver: Capable of resolving conflicts and addressing issues with tact and diplomacy.

- Knowledgeable: Familiarity with local attractions and hotel operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of brand reward programs and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks throughout your shift.
Schedule:
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
