<p>David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Account Manager for their Valencia office. </p><p> </p><p>Position: Account Manager</p><p>Location: Valencia, Spain </p><p>Employment type: Full-time </p><p>Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. </p><p> </p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p><ul><li>Manage partners proactively, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via telephone</li><li>Drive sales opportunities to meet sales quota and targets</li><li>Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when<br>necessary</li><li>Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress</li><li>Provide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basis</li><li>Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals<br>are technically and commercially sound</li><li>Liaise with commercial teams to optimize promotions and feedback customer needs.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS: </strong></p><ul><li>Native/fluent in German, both oral and written.
