The Music team plays an important role as the interface between our listeners, artists, and other music industry constituents. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of product related music projects and strategies designed to improve both the music discovery experience and to help artists find their audience. Your counterparts will primarily be teams in Product, Partnerships, and Editorial, but you will also deal with Marketing, Legal, Data Science, Design etc.
The Music Partner GTM team represents the “bridge” between Music Partnerships, Editorial, and our Product teams. The Content Product Specialists team’s mission is to ensure new products designed for artist expression and music discovery are optimized to meet the needs of Spotify's top partners including artists, major labels, and management companies. Music Product Specialists are responsible artist pilots, content strategy, and industry adoption of our suite of Music Expression products (incl Music Videos, Clips, Countdown Pages, & Canvas). Your work will be highly strategic and will have a direct impact on the business.
The United States base range for this position is $67,308-$96,154, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
