A well-established healthcare facility in the Tonasket, WA, area is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to join its night shift. This facility has been serving the local community for over 30 years and is committed to providing top-tier patient care through advanced diagnostic testing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated Emergency Department and Acute Care team, providing essential patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team
- Ensure patient safety by following infection control and safety protocols
- Assist in basic medical procedures as directed by nursing staff
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities to enhance patient outcomes
What You Need
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Course
- Successful completion of the Nursing Assistant Competency Exam within four months of hire
- Current Washington State CNA certification
- Valid Healthcare Provider CPR CertificationExcellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits
- Location: Tonasket, WA.
- Competitive salary range of $18.70 to $26.21 per hour
- Full-time, night shift
- Shift: 7 pm-7:30 am (night shift) + rotating weekends
- $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
