The firm's size and abilities enable it to handle a broad spectrum of projects while allowing the principals to put their seal on everyone. With in-house Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering, all aspects of a project can be designed and managed by one firm.

The staff is a dedicated, talented team of registered Architects, Professional Engineers and technical support personnel who share the firm's ideals with every client; a quest for upholding the highest standards of quality and pride in the integrity of the work designed.

Description:
Urgent need for an Intermediate-level Mechanical Engineer to design and prepare specifications for HVAC systems and other building related mechanical equipment. Should have experience with commercial, multi-family, mixed-use and residential design.

Requirements:

Five years of experience developing designs and preparing specifications of HVAC systems and other building related mechanical equipment (plumbing, sprinklers, etc.)
Prepare markups and changes for HVAC equipment
Perform code reviews
Assist in obtaining equipment specifications from equipment vendors
Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, conduct site visits, and field inspections as required
Prepare all construction drawings and reports
Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP

Education:
BS Mechanical Engineering
