In this role, you will:
- Mentor and advise individuals on developing and managing their side hustles
- Help individuals set realistic goals and create action plans
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability
- Share knowledge and resources related to personal or virtual assistant work
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in side hustles
- Collaborate with other mentors and community members to create a supportive and engaging environment
- Utilize various communication channels such as video, livestreaming, and text content to share insights and expertise
Requirements
- Prior experience as a personal or virtual assistant
- Strong knowledge of side hustles and the gig economy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide guidance and support to individuals at different stages of their side hustle journey
- Passion for entrepreneurship and a genuine desire to help others succeed
- Comfortable utilizing technology and digital tools for mentoring and communication purposes
- Willingness to collaborate with other mentors and actively participate in community initiatives
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple mentee relationships
