In this role, you will:

• Mentor and advise individuals on developing and managing their side hustles
• Help individuals set realistic goals and create action plans
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability
• Share knowledge and resources related to personal or virtual assistant work
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in side hustles
• Collaborate with other mentors and community members to create a supportive and engaging environment
• Utilize various communication channels such as video, livestreaming, and text content to share insights and expertise

Requirements

• Prior experience as a personal or virtual assistant
• Strong knowledge of side hustles and the gig economy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide guidance and support to individuals at different stages of their side hustle journey
• Passion for entrepreneurship and a genuine desire to help others succeed
• Comfortable utilizing technology and digital tools for mentoring and communication purposes
• Willingness to collaborate with other mentors and actively participate in community initiatives
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple mentee relationships
