We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Bookkeeper with expertise in AIA billing and Sage300/Timberline software to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and proper record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit AIA billing documents for all construction projects
• Process and track accounts payable and receivable for each project
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Prepare and submit timely payroll reports
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing and financial reporting
• Provide support to auditors during financial audits

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in construction bookkeeping with AIA billing and Sage300/Timberline software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred
