We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our London office and our Global Talent Acquisition Team. As a Talent Acquisition Lead at Similarweb, you'll be at the forefront of our quest to assemble the best talent in the industry.

Here's what you'll be doing all day:

  • Leading Talent Acquisition in EMEA: Act as the focal point for leadership and be accountable for all recruitment in the region, and manage the local Talent Acquisition Partner
  • Ownership of Recruiting end to end: Alongside management, own recruitment pipelines for 8-10 positions at any given time, partnering closely with hiring managers globally for London-based hiring, owning the entire recruiting process.
  • Hiring Enablement: Coach managers and interviewers in the organization to develop their talent assessment capabilities 
  • Sourcing: Utilize a diverse array of methods to source, recruit and network with potential candidates
  • Skills Assessment: Apply standardized screening techniques and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within our organization.
  • ATS management: Harness the power of our ATS to efficiently post job openings, track applicant progress and create reports for stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process with final-stage candidates, from offer to acceptance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze the effectiveness of different recruiting strategies, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within our talent acquisition team.
  • Candidate Experience: Craft and own a top-notch candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Diversity: Ensure a diverse talent pipeline through diverse partnerships, inclusive outreach, and unbiased hiring.

What will I bring to the team?

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS company, demonstrating your ability to excel in this competitive landscape.
  • Experience hiring for GTM functions in London
  • Experience sourcing language speakers - advantage
  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition management experience
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Previous experience shaping and influencing a vibrant and effective talent acquisition process.
  • A data-driven mindset coupled with curiosity, enabling you to inform and educate our leaders with valuable insights.
  • A track record of success, consistently surpassing targets and inspiring others to do the same.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to champion candidates while serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
