About The Role
We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and enhance the platform that powers Breezy. This is a multifaceted role for someone who enjoys hands-on work across the development lifecycle—coding, data migrations, deploys, process automation, and more. You should have a strong software development foundation and be confident navigating the AWS console.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and automate processes that improve team productivity and platform reliability
- Migrate customer data into our system with accuracy and efficiency
- Build and customize reports from customer data
- Support Breezy's infrastructure and help scale it for the future
- Partner with engineers to implement tools that enhance monitoring, performance, and reliability across our products.
- Maintain and improve our internal admin console
- Provide on-call application support as part of the engineering team
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in software development/DevOps
- 2+ years of experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and MongoDB/NoSQL
- Proficiency in general scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Git
- Strong familiarity with Unix/Linux-based systems
- Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently and proactively
- Adaptability to new tools, processes, and procedures
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to team success, with a willingness to go above and beyond
