Work Hours: First Shift Enter Job Description...- You will be responsible for the design support, development and evaluation of training program(s)
- You will drive communication and co-operation to ensure training goals are achieved
- Lead support training program reviews
- Participate in all phases of training program administration including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
- Ensure compliance with legislation requirements, best practice and support our Customer requirements
- Work in partnership with the Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, Fuel and Services teams.
- Proven passion for training Qualifications Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing training programs
- Strong written and verbal communication in all settings (meetings and classroom)
- Ability to work both independently and with teams on tasks projects
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously •
