The Opportunity

As a Customer Support Manager at ANYbotics, you will have immediate REAL IMPACT by being directly in touch with customers to help them operate and adopt our robotic solution through reactive & direct support. We are actively seeking to enhance diversity within our team and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates who are passionate about making a significant impact in the field of robotics.To reach a new level of customer satisfaction, we are looking for a motivated, skilled and fast-learning communicator. You will play a key role in our interface with our customers, assisting international companies with using our robotic solution. While direct communication with customers is where you take FULL RESPONSIBILITY, you will often have to recreate their issues with our robots or simulators to further analyze and troubleshoot software issues. By gaining experience in our state of the art solution as well as insights into a growing number of distinct industries, you will be able to shape and expand our support system, creating new support processes, detecting and analyzing requests and feeding back insights into development and production for future generations of ANYmal.

The Market & Our Technology

ANYbotics transforms the industrial sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach (see our case studies in Mining, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Railways, Wind Energy, Construction). Our customers are large asset operators and service providers of industrial plants pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our solution enables autonomous routine inspections and monitoring of large-scale industrial facilities for increased safety and productivity. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy and AI driven inspection insights. We have proven the technology and the business impact to our customers in long-term pilot projects and are scaling up sales of our commercial solution.

Your Contributions

  • Bring our key customers and partners along our entire "customer success" journey, working in close collaboration to bring their ANYmal experience to the next level
  • Champion customer success by advocating for a customer-first mindset throughout the organization
  • Nurture and grow long term customer relationships, especially with our top customers and partners for scaling, by regularly interacting with them and working together to bring value to the table
  • Take the lead in identifying customer pain points that are blocking them from scaling with ANYmal and engage pro-actively with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve blockers
  • Be a consistent point of contact for customers and partners during their onboarding journey and provide a solid customer experience with ANYmal
  • Identify and advocate internally for high-value opportunities that align with customer needs and our business objectives and capabilities
  • Be the voice of the customer and ensure customer feedback is brought to the attention of the appropriate stakeholders
  • Create thorough understanding with existing customers about new offerings (e.g. new releases, new add-ons) to lay the groundwork for the sales team to up-sell.

Your Profile

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in engineering, business, or related field
  • Experienced in dealing with large industrial corporates and partners in different geographies/cultures on different levels, from the boots on the ground to upper management
  • Strong technical background to understand our product and the technical needs of the customer
  • Strong ability to listen and an urgent curiosity to understand and dig deeper with customers, understand their use cases, and develop a plan to meet them
  • Expertise in working with state of the art CRMs
  • High proactiveness, persistence, and drive to achieve performance goals, taking full ownership for our customer’s success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
