<p><strong>Talent Coordinator: </strong></p><p>Hill Group is an award-winning 5-star house-builder, creating a range of beautiful homes across London, the South East and South West. </p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Talent Coordinator</strong> to join our busy and proactive Talent Acquisition team, based in Waltham Abbey, Essex. </p><p>Reporting to the Talent Partner, your role as a Talent Coordinator will be to play a crucial role in supporting all recruitment and on boarding processes for our expanding workforce, to ensure we attract, select, and retain the best talent to help us build high-quality homes across the region.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the wider talent team in the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.</li><li>Organise and attend recruitment fairs, career events, and other talent sourcing opportunities.</li><li>Support the Talent Acquisition team with reporting and recruitment analytics.</li><li>Support all Early Careers Recruitment.</li><li>Help foster a positive candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent IT skills and able to manage recruitment software and applicant tracking system (Previous ATS experience is beneficial but not required). </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent enthusiasm and self-motivation. </li><li>Flexible to commit to company and recruitment-based events (Role is office based at Hill Group head office, full UK driver’s license required). </li></ul> •
