M1 Level : Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor key performance indicators and platform metrics to detect
anomalies and trends that may indicate problems
Conduct thorough analysis of brand performance data to identify potential
issues impacting growth
Develop and implement strategies to address identified brand problem
areas, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable plans that
address brand challenges and drive improvement
Work closely with account management, sales, and operations teams to
ensure cohesive brand messaging and problem resolution
Prepare detailed reports on findings, outcomes, and platform performance
metrics
Regularly review and refine problem-solving processes to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
Tier 1 BTech
0-2 years of work experience in ad Tech space, Digital marketing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex issues
Excellent Cross Functional collaboration & ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Logical reasoning
Proficiency in MS Excel, basic knowledge of Python
