As a General Manager you will be responsible for:

• Facility Operations

• Sales and Marketing

• Employee Training and Management

Qualifications:

• Minimum:

  • ●Must be 18 years or older

    ●Must be willing and able to work nights Mon-Fri from 4pm to 1am and Sat-Sun between 6am and 1am.

    ●2+ years successful sales experience

    ●1+ years Formal leadership/Supervisory experience

    ●Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales, and business operations

• Preferred:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!

  • Soccer knowledge and/or experience as a player, coach, or working in a soccer related business.

  • Team sports knowledge and experience

  • Working knowledge of business financials
