About the division:

The Human Resources division focuses on recruiting, managing, and optimising employee relations and resources across all levels and locations at Euromonitor International. The overarching goal is to align the strategic objectives of the company with its human capital needs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and cultural diversity, while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes both employee well-being and corporate productivity.

About the role:

The Digital Learning Experience Manager (DLEM) enables a culture of continuous improvement through delivery of powerful digital learning experiences that facilitate effective learning and skill development to support our commercial aims.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Digital learning experience: Define and deliver a digital learning experience that is flexible, innovative and relevant that fills our identified learning gaps and future talent needs to deliver business results
  • Learning Management System (LMS): Own the LMS platform, creating and sourcing quality and engaging content, upload and manage existing content, track progress and generate reports to understand and increase usage
  • Identify training needs: Understand the learning required to successfully onboard new hires, create career paths and development routes to attract, retain and progress our talent in alignment with our talent management activities
  • Learner engagement: Work with stakeholders across the business to enhance learner engagement using a variety of techniques to engage, inspire and develop our people
  • Measure success: Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Compliance and regulatory training: Supports the delivery of mandatory compliance and regulatory training ensuring requirements are met
  • Accessibility: Ensure learning materials and platforms are accessible to all learners and that they are designed with inclusivity in mind

 

What you'll bring:

  • Digital learning principles: Deep understanding of digital learning principles, instructional design models, visual and written design including accessibility requirements
  • Communication strategies: Familiarity with communication approaches and how to tailor messages for different audiences across a global workforce to enhance learner engagement
  • Proficiency with digital learning tools: Advanced knowledge of eLearning development software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual classroom platforms
  • Stakeholder management: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levels
  • Data literacy: Competence in assessing training needs and measuring learning outcomes through qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working across different departments and global locations to develop training that aligns with organisational goals and employee development needs
  • Innovative mindset: Demonstrated ability to incorporate new technologies and methodologies into development initiatives to enhance learning experiences and outcomes
  • Project management: Ability to manage training projects from conception through to delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

  • A 2 stage interview with a brief to showcase your skills and experience - at least one of these interviews will be face to face so you will have the chance to come into the office
