As a Sr. Manager, Software Engineering, you’ll pioneer innovative ideas around product strategy. You’ll also serve as an advisor to other managers, supporting plans to improve organizational design and structure.
As a Sr. Manager, Software Engineering you will guide the multiple teams in Riot’s Player Platform group as they create solutions that scalably handle central services for all our players and games. You will ensure our players have the best possible experience with their first engagement with Riot’s games and help provide integrations for our games to these services. You will mentor and grow a team of engineers, passionately focused on their careers and individual strengths.
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes your fellow Rioters, who are the customers of your work. Being a dedicated fan of games is not necessary for this position!
