Summary:
Age of Learning is seeking a full-time Game Designer to add to our in-house development team. This role will be responsible for designing engaging, educational game experiences that enhance learning outcomes across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in game design principles, user experience (UX) design, and interactive digital content development. You will use live analytics and onsite user tests to design and recommend game features, tune systems, and balance the game as it grows. Tasks include developing initial concepts, working with the product owner and stakeholders to ensure adherence to the product’s vision, providing clear documentation to the production team and evaluating the game’s performance from live data (engagement and retention). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling educational games that captivate and motivate learners of all ages. The position requires a high attention to detail and the ability to react to the needs of creating a fun game experience that keeps kids coming back.
