The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is the driving force to ensure Exiger has a high-achieving, predictable revenue organization with well understood data. We are looking for a tenacious, determined, and persistent Sales Operations Associate who is excited to be part of building a new and growing program. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our sales processes, enhancing the quality assurance of our data, and boosting sales representative efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Improve deal velocity: Streamline deal approval processes to improve efficiency and reduce time spent on closing related activities (developing quotes, creating SOWs, legal review); Establish/measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for deal effectiveness and monitor performance against these metrics.
  • Increase trust: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with deals, including legal, financial, and operational considerations.
  • Own the incentive program: Implement and maintain commission tracking systems and tools to calculate and administer sales commissions in a timely, accurate, and transparent manner.
  • Optimize sales processes: Provide insights and recommendations to standardize workflows, deal processes, and commission structures
  • Serve as pricing SME: Providing deal structuring and pricing guidance to sales reps in the later stages of deals
  • Dispute resolution: Address and resolve commission-related disputes in a fair and transparent manner
  • Analysis and support: Support the RevOps Help Desk, and provide ongoing SFDC reporting and monitoring of sales performance
  • Documentation and communication: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of commission plans, policies, and procedures, and liaise with departments involved in the deal lifecycle

What You'll Need:

  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in sales operations
    • Preferably with 1+ years direct experience supporting deal desk operations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
  • Proficient with a CPQ solution
  • Familiarity with and/or willingness to learn other sales technology systems
  • Experience manipulating large amounts of data in Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Ability to work and solve problems independently
  • Intellectual curiosity and bias for action

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet proposed deadlines
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting and competing priorities
