Job Description

Hybrid Role , Must be Local to CT

Scope of Work
· Oversee, coordinate, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on efforts to provide assessment data to the data analytics partner from internal Client systems
o Develop and maintain a project plan to support activities for this aspect of the project
o Hire and supervise a consultant developer who will perform the required development work at DDS
o Coordinate efforts with the data analytics partner to receive the assessment data and to adjust the format and content of delivered data as needed
o Provide weekly updates on the project to the DDS project business lead
o Work with the developer consultant to provide solution documentation
o Maintain a Teams site with relevant documentation
· Oversee, coordinate, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on efforts to provide Admit, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) data to the data analytics partner from Connecticut hospitals through the state's Health Information Exchange (Connie).
o Develop and maintain a project plan to support activities for this aspect of the project
o Coordinate efforts with relevant Connie personnel to support the transmission of ADT data to the data analytics partner
§ Facilitate receipt, review, and approval/signatures of appropriate agreements with Connie
§ Identify, communicate, and track required work by Connie, the data analytics partner, and DDS.
o Coordinate efforts with the data analytics partner to receive the assessment data and to adjust the format and content of delivered data as needed
o Maintain a Teams site with relevant documentation
o Provide weekly updates on the project to the DDS project business lead
