Job Description Hybrid Role , Must be Local to CT Scope of Work· Oversee, coordinate, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on efforts to provide assessment data to the data analytics partner from internal Client systemso Develop and maintain a project plan to support activities for this aspect of the projecto Hire and supervise a consultant developer who will perform the required development work at DDSo Coordinate efforts with the data analytics partner to receive the assessment data and to adjust the format and content of delivered data as neededo Provide weekly updates on the project to the DDS project business leado Work with the developer consultant to provide solution documentationo Maintain a Teams site with relevant documentation· Oversee, coordinate, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on efforts to provide Admit, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) data to the data analytics partner from Connecticut hospitals through the state's Health Information Exchange (Connie).o Develop and maintain a project plan to support activities for this aspect of the projecto Coordinate efforts with relevant Connie personnel to support the transmission of ADT data to the data analytics partner§ Facilitate receipt, review, and approval/signatures of appropriate agreements with Connie§ Identify, communicate, and track required work by Connie, the data analytics partner, and DDS.o Coordinate efforts with the data analytics partner to receive the assessment data and to adjust the format and content of delivered data as neededo Maintain a Teams site with relevant documentationo Provide weekly updates on the project to the DDS project business lead
