Sales Representative - Tampa

Responsibilities:

• Recommending business solutions by cross-selling and upselling.
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
• Handle calls through a blended call queue, understand customer needs and right fit customers with appropriate solution.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience
• Handling contracts and Major Account Agreement requests.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Dynamic personality with high energy
• Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience.
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems.
• Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality.
