We are seeking for a System analyst (operational team).
Your main tasks will be:
- Analyze existing software applications, databases, networks, and infrastructure components to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize modeling notations such as C4 (Context, Container, Component, Class) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) to create visual representations of the current architecture.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the current architecture and propose solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with development teams, system administrators, and business analysts to ensure accurate representation of the architecture.
- Make recommendations and actively participate in modernization, upgrades, or migrations to enhance the IT platform.
- Participate in the incident management process as a 3rd line of support.
- Prepare statistics and reports from JIRA, monitoring SLA targets, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain accuracy and adequacy of monitoring triggers, and reduce noisy alerts.
We expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with modeling notations such as C4 and UML.
- Proficiency in programming languages, with the ability to read C# code.
- Experience working with system logs, deep log analysis using ELK, and visualizing data on dashboards in Grafana.
- Strong command of SQL, including the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to dissect and understand complex architectures.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level IT systems, databases, networks, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to develop various reports from JIRA using Python scripts.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and suggest solutions for architectural challenges.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
