We're looking for Product Managers to join Woo, one of the most popular commerce platforms on the web—powering millions of stores, including our own at woo.com. In fact, one in five online stores are powered by Woo, including Offerman Woodshop, Bjork’s official store, and the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team’s official store. Built on WordPress, Woo empowers anyone, anywhere, to sell anything. We partner with global technology brands such as Stripe, PayPal, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo and others, integrating their services with Woo to provide all the tools businesses need to run and grow their online stores.

As part of the Automattic family, Woo is fully distributed, with no physical offices. The flexibility and autonomy that come with working from home are in our DNA–we provide benefits and resources to support your growth while doing your best work from anywhere in the world. We have a huge footprint, but we’re a small company. That means everyone here has the opportunity to make a visible, profound, and lasting difference while helping the store owners who rely on Woo every day.

About the role:

The Growth Product Manager will play a key role in setting up strategic growth direction within Woo Marketplace. This Product Manager will move with urgency and creativity in identifying, developing, and rolling out revenue-generating opportunities for Marketplace. They will work with a broad set of cross-functional partners across engineering, design, operations, data science, marketing and more.

They will be adept at understanding user acquisition and funnel conversion, and will possess a deep understanding of customer needs. They will also be proficient in developing hypotheses and rapidly iterating through them to quickly find market fit for various use cases.

Woo, as part of the broader Automattic ecosystem, is always looking for people who are passionate about ecommerce, enterprise software, and making the web a better place. If you’re interested in joining our team, use the form below to tell us more about yourself and your interests.
