Job Summary: St. Gabriel's Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our Austin, Texas location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing exceptional leadership to our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for hospice care and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Manage the financial health of the hospice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and the community.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Represent the hospice in various professional and community settings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in financial management and strategic planning.
