The Compliance Assurance Officer shall be primarily responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to company policies and operations hygiene metrics.   

Requirements

• Analytical, organized, of high integrity, and ability to communicate with all members of the company.
• Keen attention to details
• Professional with solid management skills and ability to multi-task
• Experience in process/workflow creation and audit
• Coaching Experience
• Knowledge of office productivity tools such as MS Office / Google applications (with basic to average MS Excel knowledge)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Supervisor Experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years BPO Experience
